White Rose Agencies were founded by Peter Massey in the year 2000 to serve the Electrical Wholesale Market in the North East of England. Managing the counties of Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, Cleveland, Co Durham and Yorkshire, we have built a strong relationship with National Wholesalers, Independent Wholesalers and Buying groups in our area.

Our passion for sales has earned us an enviable reputation amongst our competitors and this continues to grow based on our ability to provide help and technical support to all our customers, whilst ensuring we have the most competitively priced products.

Our mission is to provide the best possible service to the electrical wholesale market in the North East of England. In order to achieve this we have associated ourselves with professional manufacturers and distributors intent on providing top quality products and service. In our short time we have helped to establish some of the most recognisable brands in our sector.

Our reputation has been further enhanced by introducing electrical wholesalers to the latest innovative products on the market. This has been none more so highlighted in our promotion of energy saving products. As consultants we have also acted on behalf of entrepreneurs wishing to appoint OEM distributors in our sector.

Our message to customers is reinforced by a number of proven growth strategies based primarily on our quarterly sales visits and support at trade events keeping customers right up to speed with new products and the latest offers. Account merchandising, joint call lead generation and product specification are all key in our drive to promote brand and product recognition. This is supported with regular customer contact in the form of e-shots (including our quarterly “Spotlight” newsletter) and telephone marketing campaigns.

Our commitment was finally recognised in 2011 when, at a ceremony in Athens, Greece we were awarded “International Agent of the Year” by the International Union of Commercial Agents and Brokers. In the same year, we received the Manufacturers’ Agents’ Association of Great Britain and Ireland “Agent Of The Year” accolade. We are also a Fellow of the Institute Of Sales and Marketing Management. 2019 saw us become one of the founding members of the Network of Electrical Sales Agents UK. www.nesauk.co.uk
